British Fave Cocktail Recipe: Pimm’s & Lemonade

Image from London Eats

Here is a no fuss cocktail recipe to Pimm’s & Lemonade:

Place some ice in a a glass or plastic cup then add thin slices of cucumber, lemon and orange, add chopped ripe strawberries and some bruised mint leaves. Thin slices help the flavours come out into the drink, and the bruised leaves will impart a stronger mint flavour.  Pour the neat Pimm’s over the fruit.  1 part Pimm’s to 3 parts 7 up or sparkling lemonade works well for this cocktail recipe.

Serving Suggestions:

Drink and enjoy or try this without ice allow the drink to sit in a pitcher for 30 minutes to allow those flavors to really burst.  Pour drink over ice and serve.
