Laura Scudder Bran has a healthy Peanut Bran Shake recipe, great for the pre-workout protien.
- 1/2 cup apple juice, chilled
- 3 tablespoons bran cereal
- 1/3 cup Laura Scudder’s® Old Fashioned Nutty Peanut Butter
- Ground cinnamon to taste
- 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
If you want chocolate peanut then substitute chocolate frozen yogurt.
