Red, White and Blue Potato Salad Recipe

I’ve never liked potato salad mainly because I am not a big fan of mayo.   However, one day while at the deli counter of the supermarket, Vons in California I was offered a sample.   I initially refused with my canned response but a persuasive deli counter worker convinced me there was something different to this potato salad.    Once, I tried it best I could tell there was no mayo.  Blue Cheese starred as a main attraction among savory red potatoes complimented with bacon.  Now depending on the recipe the sour cream or a white sauce is used.   I use sour cream.     Click for step by step instruction on how to make this scene stealing side dish.
