Prince has become a living legend. He is an international star with appeal dating back to 70’s when this young man came on the scene as quickly a little red Corvette. Who is this guy with vocal range and the ability to play over 20 instruments? He is most recognized as a guitarist and singer. Often his guitar can be expected to be a part of his wardrobe. He plays on pretty innovatively designed guitars. Moreover, Prince produced ten platinum albums and thirty Top 40 singles during his career. Prince founded his own recording studio and label; writing, self-producing and playing most, or all, of the instruments on his recordings. In addition, Prince has been a “talent promoter” for the careers of Sheila E., Carmen Electra, The Time and Vanity 6, and his songs have been recorded by these artists and others (including Chaka Khan, Patti LaBelle, The Bangles, and Sinéad O’ConnorNow, over 50 the artist has been in the public eye for over 25 years. One claimed to be a king and the other was named Prince at birth. His full name is Prince Rogers Nelson. Wikipedia-Miami had rain on the day of the Super Bowl, which was lit purple during the performance of “Purple Rain”. He played on a large stage shaped as his symbol. The event was carried to 140 million television viewers, the largest audience of his life.
